During the development of our PPE 3.0L Duramax Intercooler and Turbo Resonator Delete Tube, we confirmed that these trucks emit a significant amount of oil and hydrocarbons through the crankcase ventilation system, which are directly routed back into the turbo compressor housing. These contaminants mix with EGR gases, causing harmful sticky carbon buildup in the plastic intake manifold, swirl valves, and intake valves. This leads to reduced performance, poor fuel economy, higher EGTs, cylinder c
